Shipping policy

Order Processing:

 

All orders received will be processed in a period of 5-7 working days (not weekends), however it does not mean that your order will arrive in that period, it is our period of processing, preparing and packing your order. Once your package is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number, so you can be aware of your order. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once in the hands of the postal service. Any order paid in full is an order that is processed. It is very important that you enter your information correctly as we are not responsible for the shipping and handling cost of reshipping your package.

 LUNA BEE is closed on weekends and major US holidays. All orders received on Friday after 12 noon ET, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.We are not responsible for any damage or loss once the package is received by the postal service.

 

Domestic Shipping Policies:

 

Standard Shipping:  Standard shipping applies to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Orders may take up to 5 to 7 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before they are shipped. Please allow 8 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

 

Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at time of order. Please track your shipment, as Lunabeepr.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

International Shipping Policies: 

 

LUNA BEE ships internationally through FedEx only. Please note that free shipping offers are not available for international shipments.
